The Big Bang Theory Commentary Speech
In this video four of the scientists who are accepted as a genius in their own science area, in their spare time resting and watching the movie, "Back to the Future". While they are watching, one of them started to talk about the logic of the time-traveling how its shown in the movie actually was not correct. However, other guys also have their own theories about time travelling and then the issue comes to talk about not only the movie but also English grammar. In the end, it was really interesting to watch and hear about "Back to the Future tense!".

First of all, I liked the discussion they talked about. I lenjoyed Ross's effort to explain the evolution to Phoebe. They argue without fighting and breaking each other. Sometimes you laugh at the conversation. A surprise awaits at the end of the video!

Job interview ( from Fatma)
First of all, she seems a little nervous, she didn’t use
body language other than her facial expressions. Her outfit is simple and neat,
she didn’t wear anything distracting. Her speech was slower than maybe because
she is nervous but she answered the questions fairly.
Job Interview
The first thing I noticed in this interview is that the amount of hand gestures he used, so we can definitely say he used body language. His clothing is neat and clean, he answers the questions without thinking too much so we can say practiced for this interview, his expression is positive, he is not frowning or at least does not seem stressed.

I'm not an expert in the interviews and
how they supposed to be done in the best way but I am pretty sure that he should
not say "hmm" in every sentence. He is very nervous we can see it in
his movements, like looking at the ceiling, moving in the chair. He has a lack
of related answers and cannot make a proper question.

Her outfit is quite suitable for a job interview. She didn't use any extravagant, shaky accessories. An elegant wristwatch is known to be disciplined and organized, it can be used in a job interview. It's nice to have people look in their eyes when she's talking. Smiling during the conversation makes you look more confident and sympathetic, but she doesn't smile at all so she looks insecure. It's important to use body language, but she never uses it.

Good Piece of Self-Introduction Video
COMMENT;
First of all the quality of this video is really bad and there is a really annoying voice on background but I like her pronunciation in generally of course she made some mistakes but it was enought. She gave all the important informations about her degrees and skills. She has a very calming voice and I liked her voice. Her voice control was very good. She spoke phrase by phrase and very understandible. In general this is a very good piece of Self-Introduction.
CV Example
He started the cv with the short summary of the text below. We can easily understand from the text that who he is and his abilites. Cv includes necessary parts as far as i see.

There is no distractive things around. The quality of the sound is good and clear. Also her clothes are suitable for video. I think the video is good piece of example.

In this video, Mau introduces herself to us. She is well-spoken and because she is using a good microphone, we can hear what she is saying clearly. Her outfit is simple and clean, her makeup isn't distracting. But I think she might be reading from somewhere like her PC screen. Also I didn''t understand the relevance of where she lives in the video other than that, everything seems fine to me.

The sound quality of the video is not too bad. Background is not very good . She never used body language. She doesn't look at camera when she's talking, it is almost like she is reading from a piece of paper. Most of the information she provides is unnecessary so the video is too long. However her speech speed is normal and pronunciation is good. Her outfit and makeup are understated.

COMMENT:
The general layout of the CV is not complex. Pieces of information is regular and legible for the reader. He wrote his name remarkably. He described himself briefly and clearly in his personal profile. In Education section, it is in chronological order. Work experience did not include unnecessary work experience. He did not mention irrelevant hobbies that did not add value to his application. He mentioned the referee's full name and included the position that the referee hold in the company.

Comments:
First, the video's background voice was loud, like; a baby crying, a train going by, etc.
Second, the video was kind of dark, it could be lighter.
She uses pausing of her speech when she speaks (uses words like; emm, hmm, etc). For better performance, try to avoid this.
She is using the cards to follow what to say next and sometimes mispronounce the words. Therefore, this affects her performance.
(She talks very rapidly, it may be difficult to understand who is not a native speaker.)
But there are some good things as well like as; she gives her opinion and thoughts very clearly and directly to the audience and she is not exaggerating. Her body language is great and mostly she attempts to have eye-contact with people who are listening and watching her.

Bad CV example (added by Inna)
In this resume the boundaries between lines are too
tight and when you are reading it is hard to follow. It is not preferable to do
so. The titles have written in italic form. It looks like a bad advertisement.
Letters should not be written bigger than 11 points. Otherwise, it looks too
voluminous and improper.
