Comments:

First, the video's background voice was loud, like; a baby crying, a train going by, etc.

Second, the video was kind of dark, it could be lighter.

She uses pausing of her speech when she speaks (uses words like; emm, hmm, etc). For better performance, try to avoid this.

She is using the cards to follow what to say next and sometimes mispronounce the words. Therefore, this affects her performance.

(She talks very rapidly, it may be difficult to understand who is not a native speaker.)

But there are some good things as well like as; she gives her opinion and thoughts very clearly and directly to the audience and she is not exaggerating. Her body language is great and mostly she attempts to have eye-contact with people who are listening and watching her.
