Job interview ( from Inna)

I'm not an expert in the interviews and how they supposed to be done in the best way but I am pretty sure that he should not say "hmm" in every sentence. He is very nervous we can see it in his movements, like looking at the ceiling, moving in the chair. He has a lack of related answers and cannot make a proper question.
